PROGRAMS
Whether you’re brand new to dance or ready to join the competitive team, Unique Purpose Dance Company has a program designed for every age, skill level, and dance style. Our goal is to help dancers grow in confidence, skill, and creativity while having fun and making friends.
Dance Team
Ages 18 months – 6 years
We invite young dancers, ages 18 mos. – 6 yrs., to discover the joy and magic of dance at On Pointe Dance Studio. Our renowned teachers and pianists create a warm and positive environment where children will develop their physical coordination, self-confidence, musicality, focus, and their love of dance. Join us in the On Pointe studios for the 2023-2024 school year!
Class Offerings by Age
Ages 18 mos. – 2.5 yrs.: Petit Dancers – Children and their parents/caregivers share the joys of dance and music through song and movement while learning group and individual participation.
Ages 3-6:
Pre-Ballet – Children are introduced to the beginnings of ballet.
Tap – Children focus on rhythm and timing while building physical coordination and musicality.
Parades
Ages 6-12 entering First Grade
The syllabus is specifically designed to prepare students for the requirements of Level 1 within On Pointe's Young Dancer or the Children & Teen Class. Students develop strength, coordination and flexibility as well as basic ballet vocabulary. Musicality and joy of dance are emphasized throughout the class. No audition or previous experience required.

Competitions
Dance Recitals
Ages 13- and older
The Adult Dance Program is geared towards dancers, ages 13 and older, from beginner to professional. Classes offered include beginning, intermediate and advanced ballet. Teachers are available to assess a student's level in class and make appropriate level recommendations upon request.
